Job Description
MARICI is an FNGO registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia. Its missions are to protect and empower women and children, promote the safety net in the community, and partner with governments in their efforts to counter human trafficking. We are looking for potential and passionate team members to add value to the organisation's mission in Cambodia.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Case Management
- Assist in intake assessment and case documentation.
- Develop and implement Individual Care Plans (ICP) under supervision.
- Monitor survivor progress across shelter and reintegration phases.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits and home assessments.
- Family & Community Reintegration
- Conduct family tracing and assessments.
- Support safe reintegration planning.
- Coordinate with local authorities (DoSVY, Commune leaders, Police).
- Provide basic family counseling and mediation when required.
- Legal & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support survivors in accessing legal, health, and education services.
- Accompany survivors to court, hospital, or government offices when needed.
- Collaborate with MoSVY, MoWA, MoJ representatives to strengthen case outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain confidential case files and tracking systems.
- Prepare case summaries and progress reports.
- Participate in case review meetings and planning sessions.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Basic is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, or related field.
- Experience in social services or NGO sector for 1 to 2 years is preferred
- Knowledge of Cambodian child protection system and referral pathways.
- Ability to conduct field visits independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
