Job Description
MARICI is an FNGO registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia. Its missions are to protect and empower women and children, promote the safety net in the community, and partner with governments in their efforts to counter human trafficking. We are looking for potential and passionate team members to add value to the organisation's mission in Cambodia.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Evidence-Based Field Outreach: Lead awareness activities in high-risk "hotspots" using proven methodologies to empower local authorities and communities.
- Strategic Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and law enforcement to ensure a unified, data-informed prevention front.
- Digital Amplification for CST Protection: Use digital platforms to amplify our mission, monitor online trends, and gather evidence to protect against Child Sexual Trafficking (CST) and counter misinformation.
- Monitoring & Scientific Reporting: Ensure outreach materials remain effective and document case studies to evaluate program success and improve future strategies.
- Operational Accountability: Manage field activity reporting and ensure transparent financial settlements for all outreach expenses.
Job Requirements
Work History:
- Experience in community outreach, advocacy, or social work for 1 to 2 years
- Skills: Strong persuasion skills, social media savvy, and a mindset for data and evidence.
- Attributes: Resilient, energetic, a lifelong learner, and deeply committed to social justice.
