Job Description
Mong Reththy Investment Cambodia Oil Palm Co., Ltd. is an international joint venture companies between a foreign and local shareholder. With more than 800 employees, the MRT-TCC J.V is an internationally recognized leads in the oil palm business and runs a thriving sea port. To achieve its objective, we are looking for high quality candidates to fill the position of:
- Fuel Control Assistant Manager (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Order Fuel and Oil as per PRs approval. Follow up with Fuel Supply Contractor to ensure that there is enough diesel for the user project requirements. Control and keep monitoring all Fuel Tankers, make sure that all supported tools are working properly before fuel or oil reception.
- Check and take care Fuel Control System and take correction action as necessary. Control tools, whether it is working properly or not, if we found some issues then prepare the request and submit to management for the approval of correction action. Must be scheduling to have physical check between the Spare Part list of Stock Control and Accounting Dept.
- Estimate budget Daily, Monthly and Annually of Fuel and Oil Consumption for the All-User Projects, Plantation, MN Mill-01 and AK Mill-02. Set up and Control Manpower Budget for all project and submit to Management for Consideration and approval.
- Follow up the progresses of Fuel and Oil Consumption from one month to another month by all concerned units. Analysis by graph and show the report for the Fuel and Oil consumptions to the management as necessary. Establish and implement prompt Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for all activities that be under responsibilities. Keep effective communication with suppliers and make sure that all Fuel and Oil reception are on time. Seek for the best fuel suppliers to make sure that fuel quality is qualified 100%.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in General Management.
- Minimum 3 years experienced with Dispatch and QC.
- Computer: Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail and others.
- Good in English or Thai both written and spoken. Be able to live and work at rural area and able to work under the pressure
