Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare high-quality beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Conduct barista training sessions for staff and coffee shop partners.
- Demonstrate coffee preparation techniques, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other beverages.
- Train staff on milk steaming, latte art, and beverage consistency.
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate how to use milk to create high-quality coffee.
- Support coffee workshops, product demonstrations, and brand events.
- Participate in coffee recipe development, social media content, and promotional activities.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Basic
- Experience as a professional barista for 2 to 3 years
- Experience in barista training or coffee workshop is preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee machines, latte art and milk steaming techniques.
- Able to speak English (basic communication).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good personality, confident, and presentable appearance.
- Passionate about coffee culture and beverage innovation.
