Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Driving Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally drive the employer and authorized family members to work, meetings, appointments, shopping, restaurants, school, activities, and other destinations.
- Pick up and drop off passengers according to the required schedule.
- Plan appropriate routes and allow sufficient travel time.
- Use Google Maps and other navigation applications confidently.
- Have good knowledge of Phnom Penh roads, landmarks, and surrounding areas.
- Be able to find destinations independently and have a strong sense of direction.
- Adjust routes according to traffic conditions when necessary.
- Drive carefully and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a calm, patient, and professional attitude while driving.
- Vehicle Care & Maintenance
- Keep the car clean, neat, and presentable at all times, both inside and outside.
- Regularly clean and vacuum the vehicle as required.
- Check fuel level, tires, lights, air conditioning, oil, and other basic vehicle conditions.
- Monitor the vehicle’s servicing and maintenance schedule.
- Arrange car washing, servicing, repairs, and maintenance when instructed.
- Report any unusual sounds, damage, warning lights, or mechanical problems immediately.
- Ensure the vehicle has necessary items such as tissues, water, umbrellas, and other regular personal-use items as required.
- Drive and park the vehicle carefully to avoid damage.
- Personal Errands & Assistance
- Assist with personal transportation-related errands when required.
- Pick up or drop off documents, parcels, shopping, or other items.
- Assist with grocery shopping or other reasonable errands when requested.
- Wait for the employer during appointments, meetings, shopping, or other activities when required.
- Assist elderly family members or children with getting safely in and out of the vehicle when required.
- Be flexible with changes to schedules and destinations.
- Professionalism & Confidentiality
- Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding the employer, family, schedule, destinations, conversations, and personal matters.
- Do not discuss or share private information with others.
- Do not take photos, videos, or post information about the employer or family without permission.
- Maintain professional boundaries and respectful behavior at all times.
- Be polite, patient, discreet, and respectful.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Basic
- Valid Cambodian driver’s license.
- Good driving experience and a safe driving record.
- Good knowledge of Phnom Penh and surrounding areas.
- Strong sense of direction.
- Confident in using Google Maps and navigation applications.
- Able to read Khmer and understand basic English.
- Responsible, punctual, patient, and trustworthy.
- Physically able to assist with reasonable errands and vehicle-related duties.
