- Build relationships
- Build ongoing relationships with property seekers right from the first call through to deal closing and post the deal closing
- Ensure that when property seekers want to rent or buy again, they come back to you for their next property
- Be a role model in the sales team in terms of hitting sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with external agents and developers
- English - Fluent
- Russian - Fluent
- Experience in Cambodia for 2 years
- A passion for sales and marketing
- A knowledge of Cambodia and other regions
- Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
- Enthusiasm innovative tech
- English and Russian fluency
