Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, commercial, and related sectors.
  • Promote and sell in-room equipment, cleaning equipment, and kitchen equipment.
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries and POs.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
  • Monitor sales activities, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and potential projects.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Assist in coaching and supporting sales team members when required.
  • Ensure professional customer service and after-sales follow-up.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Sales, preferably in hotel equipment or related industries for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups, or commercial customers is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and business development.
  • Knowledge of Cleaning equipment, in-room equipment, smart door lock systems, is an advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to travel for customer visits.
