Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Student Discipline & Problem Solving:
- Address student misconduct, conflicts, and behavioral issues on campus
- Investigate incidents involving students and gather factual information Apply disciplinary actions in line with the school discipline policy
- Provide guidance and counseling support when appropriate
- Monitor repeat offenses and implement corrective measures
- Enforcement of School Prohibitions:
- Ensure students comply with school rules, regulations, and prohibited behaviors
- Monitor campus areas to prevent violations (e.g. bullying, fighting, prohibited items, misuse of facilities)
- Educate students on school policies and consequences of violations
- Report serious or sensitive cases to the School Principal immediately
- Incident Management & Reporting:
- Record all student incidents accurately and confidentially
- Prepare incident reports and disciplinary records for management and HR
- Maintain student discipline files and documentation
- Support investigations involving parents or external stakeholders when required
- Student Welfare & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for students facing personal, academic, or behavioral challenges
- Refer students to appropriate support services or school leadership when needed
- Promote positive behavior, respect, and responsibility among students
- Assist in conflict resolution between students, teachers, and peers
- Parent & Staff Coordination
- Communicate with parents regarding student behavior and disciplinary matters
- Work closely with teachers, homeroom teachers, and campus staff to monitor student campus staff to monitor student conduct
- Participate in meetings related to student discipline and welfare
- School Activities & Safety
- Support school events, assemblies, and student activities to ensure discipline and safety
- Assist in implementing campus safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Ensure student behavior aligns with school values during on- and off-campus activities
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, or related field
- Experience in student affairs, discipline, counseling, or school administration for 1 to 3 years
- Proficiency in basic documentation and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to enforce rules fairly and consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases
