Job Description
បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ យើងកំពុងស្វែងរកបេក្ខជនដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិសមស្រប ដើម្បីបំពេញតួនាទីដូចខាងក្រោម៖
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and deliver English lessons according to the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Teach English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Develop lesson plans and prepare appropriate teaching and learning materials.
- Use interactive and student-centered teaching methods to encourage active participation.
- Assess students' learning progress through classwork, homework, quizzes, tests, and examinations.
- Provide feedback and additional support to students who need help improving their English skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of students' scores, attendance, and learning progress.
- Communicate and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school management when necessary.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the school management.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in English, English Language Teaching (TESOL/TEFL), Education, or a related field
- Cambodian nationality with strong English language proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Teaching experience in English language instruction is preferred.
- Possess good knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and teaching methodologies.
- Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in learning.
- Be able to prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, quizzes, and examinations.
- Have good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Be patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching.
- Be able to use computers and educational technology to support teaching and learning.
- Be willing to participate in meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
- Be committed to following the school's policies, regulations, and professional standards.
- Be available to work full-time according to the school's assigned working schedule.
