Job Description

Prison Fellowship Cambodia is a Christian NGO committed to the restoration of inmates, ex-inmates, and their families through spiritual care, reintegration support, and community transformation. Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Center Operations & Participant Management
  • Manage daily operations of the BlueGate Job Support Center.
  • ​Register and enroll ex-prisoners into the program according to project guidelines.
  • ​Maintain accurate participant records, attendance sheets, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new participants, explaining program expectations and support available.
  • Provide regular follow-up with participants to monitor well-being, job readiness, and challenges.
  • Training Coordination
  • Coordinate with Digital Divide Data (DDD) to schedule and organize Job Readiness and Soft Skills Training.
  • Ensure all logistics for training sessions (venue setup, materials, refreshments, communication).
  • Track attendance and compile training reports for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers and participants during training.
  • Support Group Facilitation
  • ​Work with the Partnership Manager to form and maintain support groups for participants.
  • ​Organize and facilitate bi-weekly support group meetings.
  • ​Monitor group attendance, participation, and needs.
  • Provide emotional encouragement and refer participants to appropriate services when needed.

  • Mentoring & Reintegration Follow-Up
  • Support the Partnership Manager in providing mentoring and follow-up for participants after job placement.
  • Document challenges faced by participants (family, workplace, emotional issues).
  • Coordinate small food or cash assistance when necessary as per project guidelines.
  • Help resolve workplace challenges in coordination with the Partnership Manager.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
  • Collect and update monitoring data (training attendance, job placement, support group participation).
  • Complete follow-up and monitoring forms on time.
  • Report monthly progress to the Partnership Manager.
  • Assist with quarterly monitoring and evaluation activities and donor reporting.
  • Compliance, Safeguarding & Administration
  • Follow PFC’s safeguarding policy, code of conduct, and confidentiality requirements.
  • ​Ensure safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory interactions with participants and partners.
  • Manage center supplies, equipment, and resources responsibly.
  • Support procurement, financial requests, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Development Studies, or related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in project coordination, social work, education, or community development for 2 years as a minimum

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to build trust and engage with vulnerable populations.
  • ​Proficiency in documentation, data collection, and report writing.
  • Experience working with ex-prisoners, youth, or marginalized communities.
