Job Description

Q Auto Plus is a growing lubricant distributor in Cambodia, representing international brands from Germany and Singapore. As we continue to expand, we are looking for positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram)
  • Run and optimize paid ads
  • Create and manage content plans
  • Support sales with promotions and dealer materials
  • Develop brand positioning for our lubricant products
  • Track performance and improve results (data-driven)
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • 2–5 years experience in marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads / digital platforms
  • Able to plan, execute, and follow through
  • Experience in automotive, trading, or FMCG is a plus
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) is an advantage
Soft Skills
  • Business mindset (focus on results, not just creativity)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
