- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with group business objectives
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies for each brand
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets and forecasts
- Brand & Communication Management
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels
- Oversee development of marketing materials, content, and communication guidelines
- Lead branding initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Digital & Integrated Marketing
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities including social media, online advertising, content marketing, and CRM
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance based on data insights
- Oversee e-commerce and online lead generation activities where applicable
- Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure effective implementation
- Support sales teams with marketing tools and promotional initiatives
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and evaluate marketing team members
- Coordinate with internal departments and manage external agencies, vendors, and influencers
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects within approved budgets
- Reporting & Performance Management
- Establish marketing KPIs and performance benchmarks
- Prepare regular performance reports for management review
- Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through data analysis and market insights
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Budgeting, planning, and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
