Job Description

We are a newly created company, specialized in importation and distribution of gourmet food, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (main workplace) and we are looking for qualified candidates as position below to join our Team.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Inventory & Stock Management
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Perform weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement stock control procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles are applied.
  • Prepare regular reports on stock movement, variance, and shrinkage.
  • Receiving & Storage
  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders.
  • Organize proper storage conditions (cold room, dry goods, frozen products) to preserve product quality.
  • Monitor expiry dates, lot numbers, and storage temperatures.
  • Coordinate with the team for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Food Preparation & Equipment Handling
  • Slice, portion, and prepare food items as required for retail or wholesale orders.
  • Maintain and clean cutting, grinding, and slicing equipment regularly.
  • Monitor and sharpen cutting tools to ensure efficiency and product quality.
  • Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Display & Customer Interaction
  • Create and maintain attractive and hygienic retail counter displays.
  • Provide positive and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and requests courteously.
  • Process Improvement & Team Supervision
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and food handling.
  • Train and supervise stockroom or warehouse personnel on stock control practices.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy in ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Work History:
  • Relevant experience in the restaurant, food, or hospitality industry for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in inventory or stock control roles.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Soft Skills
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of stock management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
