Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Admin. Officer (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Looking for new partners to join in the activities at Meizan Culinary Excellence Center
- Plan/Prepare MCEC reports/schedule/expense (Words and ppt, excel)
- Ensure utilization at MCEC and quality product display
- Coordinate with new partner and make sure everything is running as planned and smooth
- Evaluate MCEC target Vs achievement, Approach NGO partner
- Posting class, Class enrollment and arrangement, MDC schedule preparation, Conduct special activity.
- Propose/Purchasing ingredients/stationary for MCEC activities
- Work with landlord, agencies for works relevant MCEC
- Manage and ensure activities expense and quality
- Overall look to ensure hygiene and the safety on food and fire-fighting at MCEC
- Welcome and introduce on activities to coming guests, and other tasks require by line Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Administration or related field
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Administration
- Be able to understand English
- Good computer skill (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skill
- Self-driven and disciplined, can do attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work on a flexible schedule
- Patient, Time management, Tasks priority
