Job Description

Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh (SISPP) is "A School like no other in Cambodia". SISPP offers a British style education based on the National Curriculum of England for pupils in primary and secondary school.

Our school is the newest member of the Shrewsbury family of schools to open for business, and our business is the 'serious fun' of learning. We are deeply connected to one of the most prestigious schools in the UK, Shrewsbury School, which is almost 500 years old and has nurtured distinguished alumni such as the famous naturalist Charles Darwin.

Our primary school opened in 2022 and this year, in September 2026, our new world class school, for all age groups, will open in a spectacular 7 hectare campus in Sen Sok.

We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Marketing & Communications Support
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent brand identity and messaging across all communications.
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, signage, and advertisements.
  • Support website updates and ensure content remains accurate and engaging.
  • Assist in managing social media channels and scheduled content.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the school’s values, tone, and premium positioning.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between the school, agencies, and external consultants to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Gather, consolidate, and communicate feedback clearly across all stakeholders to maintain agreed standards and quality of deliverables.
  • Track and manage the marketing and promotions calendar to ensure projects, campaigns, and materials are delivered on schedule.
  • Support the development, refinement, and ongoing updates of marketing materials across both digital and offline channels.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Capture and develop engaging content highlighting school life, student achievements, events, and learning experiences.
  • Assist with photography, videography coordination, interviews, and written storytelling.
  • Draft social media captions, newsletters, website articles, and promotional content.
  • Work collaboratively with academic and operational teams to gather content opportunities.
  • Maintain organised archives of photos, videos, and marketing assets.
  • Events & Community Engagement
  • Support the planning and delivery of school events including Open Days, community events, performances, and enrolment activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and communication support.
  • Assist with parent engagement initiatives and community communications.
  • Represent the school professionally during events and external activities.
  • Help ensure strong follow-up communication after marketing and admissions events.
  • Team Coordination & Creative Support
  • Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of creative and marketing tasks to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in assigning priorities and monitoring progress across marketing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the videographer, graphic designer, admissions team, and external vendors.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs and communication materials.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient systems for content planning, approvals, and campaign execution.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members where required to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
  • Admissions & Enrolment Support
  • Work closely with the Admissions team to support lead generation and enrolment activities.
  • Assist in tracking enquiries and campaign responses.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, information packs, and admissions materials.
  • Help ensure prospective families receive timely and professional communication.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate marketing and enquiry data.
  • Other Duties
  • Support wider school initiatives where required.
  • Participate in school activities, events, and occasional evening or weekend commitments.
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably delegated by the Marketing Manager or Head of School.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
Work History:
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital communications.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working in an international school or education environment.
  • Photography, videography, or graphic design experience.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting events and community engagement initiatives.
