Job Description
Siem Pang Forest Lodge, located in Siem Pang, Stung Treng Province, within the Siem Pang Wildlife Sanctuary, is seeking a talented and dynamic Cambodian Male/Female to join our team as the Sales & Marketing Director. This pivotal role will drive the commercial success of our eco-luxury lodge by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that promote Siem Pang Forest Lodge as a premier destination for nature, adventure, and conservation-based tourism.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Digital Marketing: Manage online presentations including websites, social media, and digital advertising to enhance brand awareness.
- Public Relations: Represent the lodge at tourism fairs, events, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Guest Experience: Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from inquiry to stay.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with conservation and community teams to align marketing messages with the lodge’s sustainability mission.
