- Microsoft 365 Adoption Specialist
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 core applications: SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot
- Explore and become proficient in features and services beyond the core Office suite such as Planner, To-Do, Approvals, Forms and Polls
- Maintain complete documentation of application features and updates
- Create clear, easily understood user guides and training materials
- Assist in producing engaging marketing collateral to promote Microsoft 365 adoption
- Provide support and deliverables for Microsoft 365 applications to existing customers and prospects
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions to drive user adoption
- 0 to 2 years' experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Degree in any discipline
- Independent learner, quick to adopt new technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with effective presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to participate in multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Keen to acquire company sponsored certifications
