  • Microsoft 365 Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Install, configure and maintain computer systems
  • Diagnose and solve technical and application issues
  • Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses and peripherals
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee replacement or repair of defective equipment
  • Communicate with external service providers like internet and security system providers
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests
  • New employee set up and support
  • Ensure secure and timely offboarding of departing staff
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Assist in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures
  • Provide occasional on-site support to customers
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
  • Obtain company sponsored certifications
Job Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English to interact with international teams and suppliers
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Troubleshoot issues in a logical manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
