- Microsoft 365 Support Engineer
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems
- Diagnose and solve technical and application issues
- Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records and oversee replacement or repair of defective equipment
- Communicate with external service providers like internet and security system providers
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests
- New employee set up and support
- Ensure secure and timely offboarding of departing staff
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Assist in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures
- Provide occasional on-site support to customers
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
- Obtain company sponsored certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English to interact with international teams and suppliers
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Troubleshoot issues in a logical manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
