Job Description

Smiling Gecko Cambodia (SGC) was officially registered in 2014 as a local non-profit NGO in Cambodia. It provides direct aid in the form of finance and other support to the needy in Cambodia, sponsoring projects that are sustainable both from an ecological and economic standpoint.

We are looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage the Reservations team & all rooms reservations processes for the hotel. For both individual and group bookings.
  • Assist the sale manager in developing new reservation/revenue SOP’s for the team.
  • Manage the reservation team to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
  • Develop the reservation team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent guest and customer service.
  • Ensure all email traffic is monitored, and reservations appropriately recorded and checked-dates, price, market segmentation, sources etc.
  • Manage no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to hotel policy.
  • Work closely with the related departments, Front Office, F &B and Housekeeping team.
  • Deal with customer complaints & reviews in a professional and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Sale Manager/General Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in a reservations or front office management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Good time management and risk management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
