Job Description
SOCFIN GROUP is an international European owned company operating in Rubber business worldwide and in Cambodia through its subsidiaries Socfin Kcd Co., Ltd and Coviphama Co., Ltd.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise production teams and monitor daily manufacturing performance.
- Support production planning, process improvement, equipment commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Improve productivity, machine efficiency, quality and control.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other safety standards
- Coordinate with Plantation, Workshop, Quality, Lab, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage staff performance, training, discipline, and team development.
- Oversee packaging and delivery activities to meet customer schedules and requirements.
- Identify operational problems and implement effective improvement solutions.
Job Requirements
Work History:
- Manufacturing experience and preferably in the Rubber industry for 3 years as a minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in related field.
- Rubber production from Latex s/cup lumps
- Applicants must be willing work in Busra, Mondulkiri.
- Ability to understand physical phenomena
- Ability to lead and motivate subordinates
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
- Strong coordination skills ability to communicate and articulate to get things done, a strong sense of responsibility and independence.
