Job Description

SOCFIN GROUP is an international European owned company operating in Rubber business worldwide and in Cambodia through its subsidiaries Socfin Kcd Co., Ltd and Coviphama Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including meeting coordination, documentation, reporting, and filing.
  • Maintain organized records, procedures, and departmental documentation.
  • Collect, enter, consolidate, and analyze data to support departmental activities and action plans.
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries and databases from information provided by different teams.
  • Manage and maintain shared drives, data storage and knowledge management systems.
  • Support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and preparation of presentations and communication materials.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or related field
Work History:
  • Administrative, secretarial, or data support experience for 1 year as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Fluent in Khmer and good English communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud storage tools.
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Highly committed and responsible.
