Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee and manage the full costing process (materials, labor, and overhead)
- Prepare detailed cost analysis and reports for management
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing systems
- Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for improvements
- Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis
- Lead monthly cost closing and inventory valuation processes
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams
- Monitor and control operational costs to ensure efficiency
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Supervise and mentor junior costing/accounting staff
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Medium
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and banking, Accounting, Economics as a minimum
- 3–7 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good at critical thinking
