Job Description
Sorla Agriculture is first local producing and distributing Organic Fertilizer in Cambodia. In expanding our business, we would like to invite male or female dynamic candidates to apply position below:
- Sale and Marketing Manager (1 Position)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Cooperate with subordinates to determine strategic policy and product sale plan, always manage efficiently and improve to solve problems in accordance with market situation and competitive situation
- Manage and control sale to achieve sale target and summarize reports and suggestions to MD
- Plan marketing strategy especially in Trade Promotion and Consumer Promotion to support sale
- Gather marketing data to make a marketing database
- Pursue with market movement and situation, competition economic situation, wholesaling and consumer behavior and report to the MD.
- Manage and control selling price to be appropriate with market situation and company's policies
- Take care and give counsel to sales representative about sale management and support the development to increase working efficiency
- Control the payment and expenses of recruiters and the department according to budget, order, regulations, and authorities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree, major in Sales and Marketing or relevant (Knowledge in Agriculture is an advantage)
- Minimum 5 year professional working experience in sales and marketing (Experience with a Fertilizer (Chemical or Organic) company is most advantage)
- Proven experience working independently
- Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
- A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
- Good knowledge of Chinese and/or English proficiency both speaking and writing skills is advantage
- Computer Literacy Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skill & Strong internal personal skills
- Work special events when needed
- Male or Female at least 25 years old
