Job Description
Sorla Agriculture is first local producing and distributing Organic Fertilizer in Cambodia. In expanding our business, we would like to invite male or female dynamic candidates to apply position below:
- Accounting Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the general accounting functions, including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting and taxes
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Making sure proper documentation is maintained and followed on
- Managing month end closing activities
- Maintaining the financial records and statements as per company policy, local laws and regulations
- Making sure that company complies with all local laws and regulations on time
- Preparation, review and declaration of all the tax returns.
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
- Coordinating and solving matters with auditors, tax authorities and other teams (marketing and production).
- Excellent in MS Office and QuickBooks applications
Job Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance
- Experience in accounting and at supervisory level
- Experience in using QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills
- Rigorous, well organized, autonomous and proactive
- Ability to work as a team member in a multicultural environment
- Eager to learn, to adapt to new situations and take up challenges
- Good skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
