Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Formulate and Execute Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy and annual work plan aligned with the company's objectives.
- Market Identification and Opportunity Assessment: Identify and evaluate new markets, clientele, sectors, and growth opportunities to drive business expansion.
- Conduct Market and Competitive Analysis: Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, government agencies, development partners, and key private sector stakeholders.
- Support Branding and Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance visibility.
- Monitor Business Development Performance: Track and analyze business development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure progress towards organizational goals.
- Prepare Comprehensive Reports: Generate regular reports on pipeline status, business performance, and strategic opportunities to inform senior management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Business development and sales for 5 to 10 years as a minimum
