Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Team Leadership: Oversee and direct the daily activities of installation crews and ensure tasks are performed efficiently and aligned with project specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and organizational standards. Ensure that all personnel are properly trained in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses and other safety gear, to mitigate risks associated with solar installations.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed solar arrays, wiring, and inverter installations to verify compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Identify and rectify deficiencies to ensure high-quality workmanship and system performance.
- Technical Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation or at the job site, applying expertise to implement effective solutions. Coordinate with relevant team members to address challenges and minimize disruptions to project timelines.
- Progress Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, milestones, and potential delays. Provide regular status updates to project managers, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to project plans.
- Project Timeline Management: Effectively oversee and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks and milestones
- Budget Monitoring: Maintain strict oversight of project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are accounted for and aligned with approved financial parameters. Implement cost control measures to prevent budget overruns while maximizing resource allocation.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
- Minimum 3–10 years of experiences working in solar EPC firms or renewable energy projects
