In order to meet the growing demand and business expansion, we are looking for suitable and qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions:
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the packaging line to ensure maximum uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Lead the diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical failures to minimize production downtime.
- Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and provide technical solutions for recurring issues.
- Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical instruction and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to operators and technicians.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage the technical inventory of spare parts and tools.

- Bachelor's Degree in or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least experience as an Engineer or Senior Technician within FMCG or International manufacturing factories for 3 years
- Solid practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., sensors, motors, pneumatic systems).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Communicable English (Ability to read technical manuals and report technical status to management).
