The Bean Embassy is a premier specialty coffee roastery and community desHnaHon in Siem Reap. Founded on the philosophy that great coffee brings people together, we have grown from a passionate small-scale project into a center for arHsanal excellence, professional barista training, and sustainable sourcing.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Perform carpentry repair and maintenance work within company premises
  • Fix and install wooden furniture, fixtures, doors, and structures
  • Support renovation, refurbishment, and construction-related projects
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials as required
  • Inspect, repair, and replace damaged furniture and wooden structures
  • Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of tools and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Basic
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
Work History:
  • Minimum of experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field for 1 year is required
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, woodwork, furniture repair, and general construction maintenance is preferred.
  • Education: Fresh graduate, high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Language: Basic English and Fluent Khmer.
Soft Skills
  • Attitude: Responsible, hardworking, honest, and willing to learn.
