The Bean Embassy is a premier specialty coffee roastery and community desHnaHon in Siem Reap. Founded on the philosophy that great coffee brings people together, we have grown from a passionate small-scale project into a center for arHsanal excellence, professional barista training, and sustainable sourcing.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Install, inspect, and maintain air-conditioning systems
  • Repair cooling system faults and malfunctions
  • Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards
  • Check refrigerant levels, pressure, and system performance
  • Clean and replace AC components such as filters and coils
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
  • Perform other technical duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Basic
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
Work History:
  • Minimum of experience or a related field for 1 year is required
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of air-conditioning systems, electrical components, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance is preferred.
  • Education: Fresh graduate, high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Soft Skills
  • Attitude: Responsible, hardworking, honest, and willing to learn.
