As Treehouse International School continues to grow and expand, we are seeking motivated, ambitious, and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team in the following positions:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Sourcing: Find and evaluate new suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Negotiation: Discuss contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to get the best value.
  • Purchasing: Create, review, and approve purchase orders.
  • Inventory Control: Track stock levels and coordinate orders to prevent shortages or extra stock.
  • Compliance: Ensure all purchases follow company rules and local laws.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain files on pricing, deliveries, and vendor performance
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Work History:
  • Procurement Officer in Educational (Schools, Universities) for 2 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google drive, Google doc.etc)
Soft Skills
  • Good knowledge of procurement procedure and policy
  • Procurement | Sourcing | Supplier management skills
  • Negotiated and Strategic Sourcing skill
  • Professional proactive commitment, organisation-to- work approach result, and excellent customer service
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
