Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Mange HR Administration & Employee Records
  • Ensure Cambodian Labour Law, Ministry Systems & Compliance (LACMS, FWCMS, and SICMS)
  • Support Recruitment & Selection
  • Manage Employee Relations & HR Support
  • Support Staff Engagement & Professional Development Plans
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent is required
  • English - Good is required
Work History:
  • HR Officer in Educational (Schools, Universities) for 2 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficient level of English/Khmer (spoken and written)
  • Experience in an international school (preferred)
  • Working knowledge and practical experience of FWCMS, LACMS, SICMS and relevant Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training systems and requirements.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, performance management or disciplinary processes.
  • Strong IT skills
Soft Skills
  • Dynamic and motivated to develop a career in Human Resources.
  • Confident and professional when dealing with employees at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
