- Ensure all purchases are arranged and scheduled, to arrive as per plan
- Ensure the items and materials come with right quantity, quality and SPEC condition.
- Manage delivery order for local customers
- Well prepare domestic delivery documentation with cross function and customers
- Coordinate with local couriers, transport carriers, and drivers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Other tasks will be assigned by supervisor
- English - Good
- High School Diploma in Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in logistic operation for 1 to 2 years
- Computer, Ms. Outlook and Ms. Office and SAP system are a plus
- Good in both verbal and writing English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English
- Be able to work in the team and individually / Ability to build relationships across all Functions / Honest, highly committed and following the work ethics
