Job Description

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

  • Business Development Campus Supervisor
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Front Desk Management
  • Politely serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information or redirecting as needed.
  • Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
  • Customer Relations
  • Assist with inquiries regarding admissions, school events, and general information about ZYIS.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, students, and staff, promoting a culture of trust and community engagement.
  • Work closely with the Admission & Customer Relations team to manage enrollment processes and follow up on inquiries.
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist with the distribution of school materials, documents, and forms to students, parents, and staff.
  • Manage the daily attendance of students and staff, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
  • Support school events, activities, and meetings by providing logistical assistance, including room reservations and material preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Librarian & Student Materials team to assist in managing library services and student materials.
  • Financial Transactions
  • Supervise and work closely with the cashier to handle transactions related to student fees, book sales, and other school-related payments.
  • Ensure accurate records of transactions and prepare financial summaries for reporting purposes.
  • Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and follow school safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all school-related information, following policies and procedures for data protection.
  • Report any safety concerns or issues to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
  • General Support:
  • Provide operational support, assist with special projects, and undertake tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. (An associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.)
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or front desk management.
  • Experience in an educational setting is a plus.
  • Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Fluent in Khmer and English, Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
  • Desirable Qualities
  • Demonstrates understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the education sector.
  • Possesses a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
