Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- UI/UX and Website Design:
- Design intuitive and user-friendly website interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups for website projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and business requirements.
- Ensure all designs follow the organization's branding guidelines and provide a consistent user experience.
- Collaborate with website administrators, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design and implementation process.
- Create visually engaging graphics for websites, portals, and digital platforms.
- Review website interfaces and recommend usability and accessibility improvements.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimizing websites, social media, and other content keywords for search engines to maximize ranking and page visibility.
- Administrative Support:
- Managing marketing databases, contact lists, budgets, invoices, and tracking expenses to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Assisting when needed on organizing and executing marketing projects, social media campaigns, and supporting Marketing Team in advertising initiatives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn etc...
- Ordering promotional items, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with client communications.
- Assisting in the organization and monitoring of marketing events both internally and externally.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Marketing or a relevant role. for 2 to 3 years
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficient in Figma/AdobeXD designing website and application user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding principles.
- Ability to create website mockups, wireframes, and interactive UI prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web design.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Project management experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
