Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Grow sales and keep clear records
  • Organize stock, check product levels, and keep prices and displays clear
  • Learn well about the products and make sure popular items are always available
  • Help the team understand the products
  • Support trainees in a clear and respectful way
  • Help customers in a professional and timely way
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Skilled in retail supervision
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Able to communicate clearly in English and Khmer language
Soft Skills
  • Organized, motivating, and happy to share skills with young trainees
  • Proactive and strong communicator
