Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth service throughout the day
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Train and mentor young trainees in developing barista techniques and customer service skills
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Barista professional
  • Skilled in café operations
  • Able to communicate clearly in English
Soft Skills
  • Friendly and calm personality
  • Enjoys interacting with customers from all over the world
  • Happy to share skills with young trainees
