Job Description

La Plantation Management CO., Ltd is a Cambodian company specializing in the production and sourcing of premium spices and agricultural products. We work closely with local farmers and rural communities to develop high-quality products while promoting sustainable agriculture and preserving Cambodia’s agricultural heritage.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices and payment requests.
  • Check invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and goods received notes.
  • Prepare supplier payment schedules and payment documents for approval.
  • Monitor payment due dates and ensure payments are processed on time.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documents.
  • Assist with monthly closing, accounts payable aging reports, and financial reporting.
  • Check invoices and supporting tax documents in accordance with applicable Cambodian tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments.
  • Support internal and external audits and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Work History:
  • Accounts payable or general accounting for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Cambodian tax documentation.
  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, trading, agricultural, or hospitality business is an advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Honest, responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
