Job Description

La Plantation Management CO., Ltd is a Cambodian company specializing in the production and sourcing of premium spices and agricultural products. We work closely with local farmers and rural communities to develop high-quality products while promoting sustainable agriculture and preserving Cambodia’s agricultural heritage.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage product analyses and verify compliance with company specifications, customer requirements, and applicable international regulatory standards.
  • Conduct hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation inspections throughout production.
  • Perform product quality checks against relevant food safety parameters and prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), as applicable.
  • Recommend quality-control measures throughout product processing.
  • Support the waste-management project and sustainable development initiatives.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of GHP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 systems.
  • Create and update quality procedures, supporting documents, work instructions, and record forms.
  • Train staff and workers on personal hygiene and factory regulations.
  • Assist with audit planning and conduct assigned audits.
  • Report and analyze non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and report to the manager.
  • Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, or a related field
Work History:
  • Relevant experience for 1 to 2 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Motivated fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of product quality control, food hygiene, cleaning, sanitation, and food safety principles.
  • Knowledge of GHP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 is an advantage.
  • Good documentation, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Khmer communication skills and working in English.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Tek Chou, Kampot.
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
