Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan and execute sales projects to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and excellent customer service.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through prospecting, market research, and outreach.
- Prepare and present quotations, conduct business meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve project objectives, support team members, and follow up post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, client communications, and quotation documents.
- Participate in team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales project management or a similar role for 3 years as a minimum
- Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Good command in English and Chinese capabilities is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- An individual with positive mind-set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, out-going person.
