Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and update job descriptions with hiring managers according to role requirements.
- Propose recruitment activities and implement action plans after obtaining management approval.
- Collaborate closely with third-party recruitment agencies to source qualified CVs and support effective applicant selection.
- Post job advertisements and source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Participate in interviews and support candidate evaluation to ensure the right fit.
- Maintain a candidate database and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job offers and support onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
- Other tasks are assigned by HR & Admin Manager
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
- Interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- HR administration skills, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Data management skills to maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and agencies
- Good command in English
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Must be in good health condition can adapt to heard working
- Communication Skills – Clearly interact with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies to ensure smooth recruitment.
- Teamwork – Cooperate with HR colleagues and departments to support hiring and onboarding.
- Organization & Planning – Manage recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Adaptability – Handle multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively.
- Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality and act responsibly with sensitive information.
- Result Focused – Work to meet recruitment targets and support timely hiring
