Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and manage Modern Trade operations, ensuring smooth store performance, compliance with company standards, and proper product displays across all outlets.
- Drive sales achievement by overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly performance, and guiding the team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Supervise and support the Modern Trade sales team, including mentoring Sales Team Leaders and monitoring staff performance.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and manage Modern Trade activities, including preparing monthly promotional plans, coordinating mall events, and supporting smooth on-site execution.
- Oversee administrative tasks, such as verifying staff rosters and processing monthly sales incentives.
- Handle external partnerships through negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with distributors, suppliers, and clients.
- Lead weekly meetings with retail supervisors and perform additional tasks assigned by the Modern Trade Manager.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in Modern Trade Channel for 3 years as a minimum
- English proficiency be communicable with partners and internal teams.
- Relationship-building to maintain strong connections with key customers and suppliers.
- Promotional and execution skills for in-store activities and events.
- Leadership and organizational abilities to manage the team, stores, and operations.
- Multitasking and pressure-handling for meeting targets and deadlines.
- MS Office and email proficiency for reporting, planning, and coordination.
- Experience in negotiating contracts.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, key account management, and customer relationship management.
- Must be in good health condition.
- Job Knowledge & Adaptability: Demonstrates technical skills, learns quickly, and adapts to changes.
- Leadership & People Development: Guides, mentors, and develops team members while planning resources effectively.
