- Bachelor's Degree in international development, business administration, international relations, economics, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Master's Degree in development studies, international relations, business administration, or related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in resource mobilisation, business development, fundraising, partnerships or grant development within international development, NGOs, or the private sector for 5 years as a minimum
- Professional training or certification in fundraising, partnership development, or business development.
- Demonstrated experience in developing funding proposals, concept notes, or partnership proposals.
- Experience engaging with private sector actors, corporate partners or philanthropic organisations.
- Experience identifying and cultivating donor and partnership opportunities.
- Experience working collaboratively with technical, programme, finance and operational teams to develop funding opportunities.
- Experience supporting or coordinating donor engagement and relationship management.
- Experience working with international NGOs or development agencies.
- Experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships or private sector engagement.
- Experience in donor or partner due diligence processes and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with Cambodia’s development sector, donor landscape and private sector environment.
