- Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, development studies, administration or related field
- At least of experience in administrative or programme support roles for 1 to 2 years
- Experience maintaining records, documentation systems or databases
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting monitoring or programme activities in development projects
- Familiarity with MEAL or programme management systems
- Experience working with NGOs or business sector
