Job Description
TDSO is a Cambodia-based organisation that supports the professional development of primary school teachers through structured training programmes. We work with a network of field trainers and partner institutions across all 18 provinces, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in education or a related field is required
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of primary education in Cambodia and be familiar with the Cambodian national curriculum.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content production is required.
- The ability to work methodically within defined content structures and technical specifications is essential.
- Mastery of English (written and spoken) is required, as initial content development will focus on English language teaching for primary school teachers.
- Strong written Khmer is also required.
- Experience with audio or video editing tools is an advantage.
