Job Description
TDSO is a Cambodia-based organisation that supports the professional development of primary school teachers through structured training programmes. We work with a network of field trainers and partner institutions across all 18 provinces, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in education or a related is required
- Candidates should have at least of experience in teacher training or the implementation of education programmes, and a demonstrated ability to coach or mentor practitioners for 3 years
- A solid understanding of the Cambodian education system and familiarity with government education structures are required.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a willingness to travel regularly within the province.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English is required.
- Experience with school-based professional development models is an advantage.
