Job Description
TDSO is a Cambodia-based organisation that supports the professional development of primary school teachers through structured training programmes. We work with a network of field trainers and partner institutions across all 18 provinces, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in education, social sciences, development studies, or a related field is required
- Candidates should have at least of experience in monitoring and evaluation, ideally within the education or development sector for 2 years
- Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings clearly to non-specialist audiences are essential.
- Experience using data management or analysis tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English is required.
