Job Description

TELNET have established with the aim of maximizing of Internet Service Providers (ISP) industry. Our company believe in looking towards the future with great visions and endless inventions in developing technologies, products and services to suit our customer’s need both today and in the future to live up the company’s slogan "Offering high quality and prompt service and selling what you need for you".

We are now looking for qualified dynamic, energetic candidate to fulfill the position of:

  • Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear objectives and performance goals for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with technical support to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Experience in the ISP industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM system and MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing effective sales plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage diverse teams and foster strong client relationships.
