Job Description

TELNET have established with the aim of maximizing of Internet Service Providers (ISP) industry. Our company believe in looking towards the future with great visions and endless inventions in developing technologies, products and services to suit our customer’s need both today and in the future to live up the company’s slogan "Offering high quality and prompt service and selling what you need for you".

We are now looking for qualified dynamic, energetic candidate to fulfill the position of:

  • Sales Supervisor
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee daily sales team activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assign territories, accounts, or responsibilities to team members based on strengths and expertise.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and provide guidance.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, and quotas) to assess team performance.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
  • Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and builds strong client relationships.
  • Address escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior management for product or service improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance the team’s sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
  • Mentor new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and organizational expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for team members’ growth and recommend professional development initiatives.
  • Support the execution of sales strategies developed by senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team and management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Enforce ethical sales practices and resolve any issues related to policy violations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members and clients.
  • Capability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement actionable improvements.
  • Strong decision-making abilities to address team or client challenges promptly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving team targets.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
