TELNET have established with the aim of maximizing of Internet Service Providers (ISP) industry. We are now looking for qualified dynamic, energetic candidate to fulfill the position of:
- Sales Executive Officer
- Meet sales target as assigned by the management line.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Stay updated with the ISP industry trends and product knowledge.
- Provide customers with detailed information about ISP services and packages.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales.
- Ensure all sales agreements and contracts are completed accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM System.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Be travel, field works and mission.
- Good written and spoken English, or other languages: Chinese/Vietnamese is preferable
