Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.
In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s standards, procedures, strategy, roadmap, and HSEQ requirements for Supply and Depot operations.
- Support inventory purchasing, shipment scheduling, and inventory control for lubricants and fuel.
- Assist with import permits, customs clearance, and invoicing processes.
- Prepare Cost of Goods Sold for supply team validation, including import taxes, logistics, demurrage, and related costs.
- Manage documentation and archiving, including shipment records, reconciliation reports, contracts, permits, and licenses.
- Draft correspondence to government authorities and translate official announcements.
- Analyze logistics processes and support optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders and follow up on action plans.
- Participate in all company’s event and training
- Promote better working environment and follow company code of conduct

- Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor’s or equivalent level
- Skill required: Logistic arrangement, supply chain and procurement process., Understanding custom clearance process and tax calculation, Inventory management and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Khmer and English
- Fresh graduate is encouraging, Experience on supply chain is plus
- Positive Mindset, Problem Solving, Adaptability, Time management, Decision making, Self-driven, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills
